While each investor makes individual investment decisions, the deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, and deal monitoring are conducted with other investors with relevant skills, experience and interests in supporting high-growth minority owned or minority led companies. There is an annual membership fee of $1,200. Members are inducted once a quarter and membership fees are pro-rated on a quarterly basis. Members are encouraged to bring guests (accredited investors only) to monthly meetings. Guests may attend up to 2 meetings before becoming a member.
