5. An interventional cardiologist from New York with an extensive knowledge of medical devices.
6. An investment banker from one of the top 5 Investment Banks in the world.
7. Founder and Vice President of a private equity management company and a Founding Managing Principal of a merchant bank focusing on the acquisition of private equity fund secondary interests. Began his career as an auditor in one of the Big 4 accounting firms and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Is a board member of several public and private firms. Is a CPA and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
8. President of an engineering firm in the area. Over 19 years in engineering, technology, and business management. Is a serial entrepreneur and has successfully grown and exited several firms. Has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Temple University

Why become a Member?

There are two types of investors, those who prefer to invest by themselves and those who prefer investing with others. As a network, Minority Angel Investor Network promotes investing with others. While each investor makes individual investment decisions, the deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, and deal monitoring are conducted with other investors with relevant skills, experience and interests in supporting high-growth minority owned or minority led companies. Minority Angel Investor Network membership provides the following benefits:

Membership Fees

There is an annual membership fee of $1,200. Members are inducted once a quarter and membership fees are pro-rated on a quarterly basis. Members are encouraged to bring guests (accredited investors only) to monthly meetings. Guests may attend up to 2 meetings before becoming a member.
